Phone call with the telemarketer
Most of the time, Luke's fascination with the phone is a big pain in the neck. When we were in Vermont, we had to unplug the phone from the wall and put it out in the living room for him to play with. In the first 5 minutes we were there, Mike and I must have said "stop playing with the phone", about 50 times each. And I really did not want him to dial 9-1-1–AGAIN. So unplugging it and letting him play is the easiest solution, and saves my sanity. Plus he is so cute when he picks up the receiver and says, "Ho". (he hasn't quite mastered the Hello yet.) So today, mike thought he would benefit from this and when a telemarketer called, mike picked up the phone, handed it right to Luke, where they were greeted with, "Phone?, Ho!" Mike picked up the other line to have a listen as Luke babbled into the phone, only to hear the telemarketer saying "Hello, Hello, Damn-it!, why do people let their kids pick up the phone?! I almost wet my pants with laughter.

Now teach him to say "Please take us off your list"
That is classic. Finn needs to work on his telephone vocab!
