My Newest Project

About 2 months ago, my neighbor and friend had a silhouette cut-out done of her son. (He is the same age as Luke, only a month apart.) The Woman who did the portrait has you child sit for about 10 minutes while she does a quick sketch and then cuts the paper out by hand. It is truly amazing how much it looks just like him. Then about a month ago, I was reading the NieNei Dialogues and saw that her home was featured on Cookie Magazine's Nesting Blog. Low and behold I see this image as well as how Stephanie does them herself. Which got me to thinking. I could probably do "something" like that. And so I did, only digitally. Me and scissors don't mix.
