BootCamp resluts-week 11
So, I lost 2 lbs this week. Which is good, makes up for the 2 I gained last week. Over the course of the last 11 weeks, I have lost 11 lbs. My goal was to lose 15 lbs in 12 weeks. Perhaps I will lose 4 lbs this coming week, but I'm thinking probably not, unless I workout—a lot. With that said I will eat well and try to squeeze in some extra workouts, since I haven't been doing that. Maybe I will reach my goal, but if not, I'm happy with all that I have achieved—and will keep moving forward.
