The Quest for Peace and Quiet

Gavin is not very cooperative when it comes to bath time. He kicks and screams as I try to get his clothes off, walks around the tub while drinking the bath water while I'm trying to wash him and then kicks and screams as i try to dry, apply lotion, powder bum, and get diaper and pj's on him. There are nights when I work up quite a sweat trying to achieve this task. Tonight, in the quest for peace and quiet, I let him have the first thing he grabbed off the counter…my toothbrush. Needless to say, I will be throwing that one away and getting a new one from the cabinet.
