Signs of Spring

I have been anxiously awaiting any signs of spring. The weather has really started to warm up, so I thought I would venture into my garden beds to see if any little "friends" were starting to appear.
My crocus were beginning to pop up as well as a few tulips. I love this time of year. It isn't my favorite, but I really like it. I didn't appreciate it as much until I was home with 2 kids. And winter is long when you are home with 2 little ones, battling illnesses, boredom and sanity in general. And since taking an interest in gardening, I really look forward to this time of year when the signs of warmer weather are on their way and proof that I know how to bury a bulb. Anyone who knows me, knows that I have a special gift with killing house plants, so seeing anything grow in my gardens gives me hope that I'm not a lost cause. I'm curious to see how my spring garden will look. Will post a pic if I ever find my camera.
