Bootcamp week 2

I lost 5 pounds this week. Yippie! It is amazing how just watching what you eat and how much can make a huge difference. I also did a few workouts during the week. Today was the second week of Bootcamp. I was a little sore last week on Sunday, but not as bad as I thought I would be. I was totally fine by Monday. So I decided I was going to push myself a little harder this week. I think I might have over done it, since I was totally ready to barf by the end. It took all my will and deep breathing to get the nausea under control so that I could drive home. I blasted the AC full force in the car, and that seemed to help. By the time I got home I felt OK. Then I stood up to get out of the car. Feeling sick again. I got inside, went right to the bathroom, got in the shower and the cool water really helped. After that I had a banana, english muffin with peanut butter and a glass of milk. I almost feel human again. We will see how human I feel tomorrow.
