Different and the Same

While Luke and Gavin are quite different people, some of the things they do are the same. As Gavin gets older, it's like having Deja Vu. This morning, Gavin threw my shoes over the railing and down the stairs, something Luke used to do all the time. Not sure why he did this, and I'm pretty sure he didn't see Luke or anyone else do it, so I was fairly amused by the whole thing. Next thing I know he is hanging out in Luke's favorite hiding spot in the kitchen, a spot that Luke is getting too tall for. You might remember THIS post. Hopefully he won't start shoving things behind there too. Gavin also has an affinity for unravelling toilet paper, putting his hands in the toilet, fishing things out of the garbage can, and putting things in this mouth as a way to transport them from one side of the room to another. All things Luke did too. It will be intersting to see how they continue to be the same and different.
